    Return information

    To return items to us, log in to your account and follow the instructions for how to register your return. Make sure the items are unused, that all tags are attached, and that you initiate the return within 30 days of purchase.

    Please be mindful of the environment and reuse the packaging your order came in, sending all items in one package. If you're returning items from multiple orders, we recommend including the return labels from the other orders in the same package. This helps us process your return quickly and smoothly.

    We work hard to make the return process as fast as possible, but depending on where you live it can take up to 7 business days before you receive the email confirming that we have received your return.

    As soon as we have received and processed your return at our warehouse, you will receive an email from us with a confirmation. The refund will be processed within 14 days after you receive the email confirmation, using the same payment method you used when making the purchase.

    Please note that custom-ordered wallpapers (custom dimensions) and opened roll packaging cannot be returned, unless the product is defective or damaged upon delivery.

    If your product is damaged or defective upon delivery, contact us immediately at info@kvarna.com with photos of the damage. We will send a new product or refund you at no cost.
